Please note we do not deliver to anywhere outside the United Kingdom.

The majority of items from our mail order catalogue are held in stock at one of our three Leeds warehouses. This ensures that the bulk of all orders received will be despatched within 48 hours and are delivered to you within 3-4days however during busy periods this delivery time may be extended. Furniture items, including tables and chairs, are made to order by our specialist manufacturer and can take up to 8-10 weeks to be delivered after the date of order.

A team of over 20 area representatives, based across the United Kingdom, allows us to provide a unique face to face service, backed up by an experienced head office team. Qualified teaching staff are available to offer advice and support when considering the purchase of ASCO products.

If you are not happy with a product on receipt we will replace it without argument; providing ASCO is contacted within 48 hours of delivery . In addition, all items are guaranteed for 12 months against defective workmanship and materials. Edra, Luna, Alti & Didagym carry an extended guarantee covering 5 years.
